Contact
Four ways through, and all four of them work.
No booking widget, no queue, no form to complete before anybody will talk to you. Two engineers, two mobiles, an office landline and an inbox — pick whichever suits and you will get a person.
Chris — mobile
07426 026965The number listed first on the firm’s own site and Google profile. Best for breakdowns and day-to-day booking.
Mark — mobile
07979 426404Mark O’Flanagan, the company’s director. Try this one if the first rings out — one of the two is usually free.
Office — landline
0121 705 8649For quotes, paperwork, landlord certificates and anything that is not urgent.
Attach a photo of the boiler’s data badge and any fault code on the display and you will get a more useful answer, faster.
Hours
Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm · Sunday 8am–12pm
Two engineers, two mobiles. If Chris is under a floor, ring Mark — between them one of the phones is usually answered, and there is an office landline as well. No booking widget to fight with and nothing to fill in first.
If you can smell gas, stop
Do not ring a heating engineer first. Ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. Turn the gas off at the meter if you can reach it safely, open the windows, do not touch any electrical switches and get everyone out of the building. Ring us afterwards to put right whatever caused it.
