Solihull Heating's own 'Areas We Cover' list runs from Birmingham and Solihull through Knowle, Dorridge, Hockley Heath, Tanworth-in-Arden, Henley-in-Arden, Wootton Wawen, Claverdon and Lapworth to Alveston and Stratford-upon-Avon. Village properties off the mains gas network are included — LPG boiler installation, repair and servicing are part of the work.
Solihull
Home ground. Boiler changes, annual services, landlord certificates and breakdowns right across the borough, from Shirley and Olton out to Monkspath.
Birmingham
The city side of the patch — combi swaps in terraces and flats, system boilers and cylinders in the bigger Edwardian houses, and the odd commercial gas job.
Knowle & Dorridge
Larger houses, more zones, more unvented cylinders. The sort of system where getting the design right matters more than the badge on the boiler.
Hockley Heath & Lapworth
Village properties towards the Warwickshire border, including LPG-fired houses that are not on the mains gas network.
Tanworth-in-Arden & Henley-in-Arden
Rural Arden properties — older systems, long pipe runs, and plenty of boilers hidden in outbuildings.
Claverdon, Wootton Wawen, Alveston & Stratford-upon-Avon
The far end of the area, covered as part of the firm's own published 'Areas We Cover' list.
Just outside the list?
Ring and ask rather than assuming. A two-engineer firm plans its week around where the vans already are, so a job ten minutes past the edge of the patch is often easier to fit in than one in the middle of it on the wrong day. Hours are mon–sat, 8am–5pm · sunday 8am–12pm.
